Reports emerging from Los Angeles on Sept 25th are saying that Shana Hiatt is suing the WPT for rumor mongering and economic interference. Hiatt, who was the hostess for seasons 1 to 3 of the World Poker Tour television program, has filed action, naming WPTE (World Poker Tour Enterprises) and its CEO, Steve Lipscomb personally as well as other officials from the company. The action from Hiatt seeks injunctive relief and damages for "intentional interference with economic advantage."
